This yummy berry smoothie is a great way to start the day. I love smoothies, they’re so healthy and a great way to use up any fruit you have lying around. Last week I was working on berry based videos for work so I had some BerryWorld berries sitting in my fridge. They we’re about to go past their best so I whizzed them up into this tasty smoothie.
Berry smoothie
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
100g strawberries, hulled and chopped in half.
100g blueberries
50g raspberries
250ml apple juice
4 icecubes
Add the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apple juice and ice cubes to a blender (I used a nutribullet) and blitz until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
